A formal agreement will be issued outlining all inclusions and terms. A 25% deposit secures your date.

How do I book my event?

Yes — proof of liability insurance may be required from third-party vendors.

Are there insurance requirements?

• Customized table configurations and floor plans
• Audio/visual equipment
• Some décor flexibility
• Restroom access & ADA compliance
• Dedicated Event Manager
• Waitstaff & bartender services

What amenities and services are available?

• Outside desserts permitted (cake-cutting fee applies)
• No outside beer, wine, or liquor permitted

Can I bring my own food or alcohol?

Yes — vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes — menu and beverage tastings are available for a non-refundable fee and must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.

• Automatic gratuity is added to all food & beverage totals

• Standard staffing
• In-house furniture, dishware, flatware, and linens

• Food & Beverage Minimum (No Site Fee) – Quote available upon request for Indoor Only, Outdoor Patio Only, or Full Buyout.
• Seasonal Pricing – Higher minimums may apply during peak season (May–September), holidays, and weekends.

• Indoor Dining Room – Up to 38 seated (excluding bar/railing) / 50 standing
• Outdoor Patio – Up to 20 seated / 30 standing
• Full Restaurant (Indoor + Outdoor) – Up to 58 seated (excluding bar/railing) / 80 standing
